We all love our candles and to ensure a prolonged candle life we need to take good care of them! The LEE & LOU Candle Care Kit includes the perfect tools to help improve candle safety and to ensure an even, long-lasting burn for the life of your candle.
Our Candle Care Kit comes with three important and functional tools:
WICK TRIMMER - Quickly and easily trims wicks before every burn. Trimming the wick (both cotton and wood) will prevent mushrooming and sooting and also will help prolong the life of the candle.
CANDLE SNUFFER - A safe and effective way to extinguish your candle. Using a snuffer will prevent hot wax from splattering on yourself or your furniture, it won't create as much smoke and it will avoid you touching the hot vessel. An essential candle accessory.
WICK DIPPER - It is used to extinguish the flame of your candle. Use the dipper to push the cotton wick over into the pool of melted wax. This will eliminate the smoke and also it can be used to straighten the cotton wick ( if necessary) before the next burn. It can also be used to clean the edge of the vessel. The perfect multi-purpose tool for the candle owner.
THE TRAY - Will keep your tools neat & tidy and always near your candles for an efficient use.

- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $12.95 AUD for all orders under $149 AUD.
- *Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $149AUD. (*excludes NZ & wholesale accounts)
- *Express Shipping: $22.95AUD (*excludes NZ & wholesale accounts) *Please note; this option only applies to our shipping carriers service, it does not fast track or give priority to fulfilling your order. (usual dispatch time frame of 1-3 business days still applies)
- Free Local Pickup: Collect your order directly from us in Mooloolaba, QLD.
Dispatch Time:
All orders are sent from our HQ on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. In most cases your order will be dispatched sooner than this, but this allows time for us to make any products which need to be made to order.
Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: Generally takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location. We are based on the Sunshine Coast QLD.
- Express Shipping: Generally takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location. To receive your order faster (once it has been dispatched from us), we recommend selecting the "Express Shipping" option at checkout. *Please note; this option only applies to our shipping carriers service, it does not fast track or give priority to fulfilling your order.
If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@leeandlou.com.au. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not accept liability for delayed parcels.
Shipping Protection:
We highly recommend that you add SHIPPING PROTECTION to your order for only $3.95 extra. This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 30 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we will issue a replacement if shipping protection has been approved. Please note; In the event that you do not add shipping protection to your order, we are no longer liable for your parcel.
